CHEF AJESH DESHPANDE

Ajesh was originally planning on a career in law, but fell in love with the food world and never looked back. He has cooked at Eleven Madison Park, which won Worldโ€™s Best Restaurant in 2017, and was previously a sous chef at the 2 Michelin-Starred eatery, Gabriel Kreuther and The Baccarat Hotel.
