THE CHEF
Chef Ajesh Deshpande is dedicated to showcasing his cultural cuisine, Contemporary Indian, as well as elevated Bistro cuisines. He refined his fine-dining craft at Michelin-starred restaurants Eleven Madison Park (⭐⭐⭐) and Gabriel Kreuther (⭐⭐).
