THE CHEF
Chef Jonathan Alarcon has experience from some of the highest caliber restaurants in the country, including Restaurant Daniel (★★), Eleven Madison Park (★★★), The Modern (★★), Le Bernardin (★★★), and Blue Hill at Stone Barns (★★). Chef Jonathan specializes in New American cooking, with hints of South American inspiration drawing from his own culture, and technique rooted in French training. He has a strong love for seafood and is constantly evolving his signature cuisine through his travels and exposure to various cultures & food traditions.
