He refined his craft in the fine dining landscape of Paris at Plaza Athénée (★★★), Le Meurice (★★★), and Lucas Carton (★). In New York, he led Frevo to a Michelin star as Chef de Cuisine, blending classical French technique with modern, soulful execution.
