CHEF JING NG
Born and raised in Singapore, Chef Jing Ng has built her career across the kitchens of both Singapore and New York City. She has cooked at The Modern (★★) in New York and Restaurant Zen in Singapore, where she was part of the team that earned the restaurant its third Michelin star in 2021. Most recently, she served as Chef de Cuisine at Nōksu, earning a Michelin star within the restaurant's first year and being featured in Apple TV's Knife's Edge, chronicling the journey. Her cooking is layered and contemporary: intense Southeast Asian, Chinese, and Indian spice profiles built on modern French and Japanese technique, and presented with elegance and restraint.
